OFFICIAL RULES — Austin Mollno x SWAGTRON UrbanCruise Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Austin Mollno x SWAGTRON UrbanCruise Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Protron Products, LLC, 5685 Alcoa Ave., Vernon, CA 90058 ("SWAGTRON" or the "Sponsor"). Austin Mollno is a TEAM SWAGTRON creator who announces the Giveaway. The Sponsor runs the Giveaway, draws the winner and ships the prize.

2. Entry period

The Giveaway begins Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries must be received during the Entry Period.

3. Who can enter

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 or older in Mississippi). Residents of Maine and Rhode Island are not eligible. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other U.S. territories are not eligible. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. How to enter

To enter, visit https://swagtron.com/pages/austin-mollno during the Entry Period and complete the online entry form with your first name, last name, email address and state, and agree to these Official Rules. Online entry is the only method of entry and it is free. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries made by script, macro, bot or other automated means are void.

Signing up for SWAGTRON marketing emails is optional, is separate from entry, and does not affect eligibility or your chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) hand-painted SWAGTRON UrbanCruise electric bike, approximate retail value $1,499.99. The hand-painted design is one of a kind and may differ from images shown. The prize ships only to an address in the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C. No cash equivalent, transfer or substitution by the winner. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The winner is responsible for complying with all state and local laws that apply to owning and riding an electric bike where they live.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner selection and notification

One potential winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries on Sunday, November 1, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email and must sign and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and an IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days, or an alternate winner may be selected. If eligibility cannot be verified, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Taxes

The winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize. The Sponsor will collect a completed IRS Form W-9 from the winner and will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC (box 3) for any prize valued at $2,000 or more, as required for tax years after 2025.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize is consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state, photograph, likeness and statements about this Giveaway for advertising and promotion for twelve (12) months, without further compensation. Where the law does not allow this consent to be a condition of winning, the winner may decline it without losing the prize.

10. Winners list

After verification, the winner's first name and last initial will be posted at https://swagtron.com/pages/austin-mollno-official-rules and on the entry form by November 30, 2026. To request the winner's name, email hello@swagtron.com with the subject "Winners List," or write to Protron Products, LLC, Attn: Winners List, 5685 Alcoa Ave., Vernon, CA 90058. Requests must be received by December 31, 2026. No return postage is required.

11. Platforms

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Shopify, ViralSweep or Klaviyo. By entering, each entrant releases these companies from any and all liability relating to this Giveaway. Entries that violate the YouTube Community Guidelines (https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/) will be disqualified.

12. General conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including website, network or software errors. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits more than one entry, or uses fake accounts, bots, scripts or other automated means. If fraud, a virus, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control harms the fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and select the winner from eligible entries received before that action. Nothing in these rules limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
