PRODUCT ORDERS:

If your item is in stock it will ship within 1-3 business days of approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in order of receipt and upon approved payment. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted it will be backordered. Back ordering generally adds an additional 2-10 business days. If the item will not be in stock within the backorder time period, you will have the option to wait for a back-order, modify the order, or cancel the order with a full refund. Swagtron does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other area outside of the contiguous 48 lower United States.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Swagtron does not currently ship internationally.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION:

All domestic orders include free standard shipping, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories; however, products you order will become your property upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days by calling 1-844-299-0625, or by email at Support@Swagtron.com. If you do not contact us within this time period, and the damage was caused by carrier error, you may forfeit any damage claim that you may have with the carrier. Swagtron is not responsible for any policies or procedures required by any shipping carrier as to damaged goods. Under normal circumstances, your item(s) will ship from our U.S. warehouse within 24-48 hours of your payment clearing. Swagtron only ships Monday through Friday. Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following week.

GENERAL TERMS:

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order. By purchasing from our Swagtron.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions stated on Swagtron.com. All brands, product names, product depictions and materials appearing on Swagtron.com are the intellectual property of their respective owners and licensees. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Swagtron.com, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for refund (to your original form of payment only) if qualified (eligibility conditions listed below). Swagtron will either repair or replace at no charge to you products having defects that are not the result of misuse, customer modification/alterations, or other use other than as intended. Such repair or replacement shall include new or refurbished replacement parts, at our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. All shipping, handling, and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable.

All returns for non-defective reasons (e.g. customer changed mind, customer error) are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%. This fee does not apply to defective products returned within the first 30 days.

For all returns shipping must be prepaid, insured and bear a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label and/or container. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Swagtron are the responsibility of the customer. To return a Swagtron product, please fill out our online returns form at http://returns.swagtron.com/ for an RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

HOLIDAY RETURNS:

If you purchased a Swagtron product during the period November 1, 2019 through January 31, 2020, and are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return it by January 31, 2020, subject to the Return Policy stated above.

 

LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY:

Your new SWAGTRON® Product (“Product”) includes a Limited Hardware Warranty (“Warranty”). The Warranty covers product defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This Warranty is limited to residents of the United States and Canada only and is available only to original purchasers. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights; however, you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This Warranty does not cover recertified products. See “Warranty for Recertified Products” for warranty information on recertified SWAGTRON® products.

This Warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for either one year or ninety days (the “Warranty Period”) as denoted in the user manual or quick start guide of the Product. (Up-to-Date product user manuals can be found here: https://swagtron.com/faq/swagtron-product-user-manuals/).

The Warranty Period is not extended if the Product is repaired or replaced. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion; however, any changes will not be retroactive.

Warranty services are provided by SWAGTRON®. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, SWAGTRON® will: (1) repair the hardware defect by using new or refurbished parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability; or (2) exchange the Product with a product that is new or refurbished which is substantially equivalent to the original product. This Warranty is for one (1) replacement only of like-items and does not cover items out of production if the product is no longer made or stocked. This Warranty is not assignable or transferable. The original purchaser may call SWAGTRON’s toll-free number at 1-844-299-0625 for service request.

When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes the property of SWAGTRON®. This warranty only covers technical hardware defectiveness during the warranty period and under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover accessories, such as battery chargers and adapters. SWAGTRON® does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of this Product.

Return shipping shall only be provided for Products dead on arrival (“DOA”) within thirty (30) days of purchase only. All other returns/repairs shall require payment of shipping cost at discounted rate to be determined as follows:

SWAGTRON® E-bikes and Drones shall be Twenty Dollars ($20)
SWAGTRON® E-Scooters and Hoverboards shall be Twenty Dollars ($20)
SWAGTRON® K-Line (kick scooter) shall be Ten Dollars ($10)

This Warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear (including but not limited to wearables and other consumable parts such as tires); or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Important: Do not disassemble the Product. Disassembling the Product will void this Warranty. Only SWAGTRON® or a party expressly authorized by SWAGTRON® should perform service on this Product.

WARRANTY FOR RECERTIFIED PRODUCTS

Your recertified SWAGTRON® product includes a 90-Day Limited Hardware Warranty (“90D Warranty”). The 90D Warranty covers product defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This 90D Warranty is limited to residents of the United States and Canada only and is available only to original purchasers. This 90D Warranty gives you specific legal rights; however, you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The 90D Warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for ninety days (“Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if the product is repaired or replaced. We reserve the right to change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion. Warranty changes will not be retroactive.

Warranty services are provided by SWAGTRON®. The replacement product shall retain the Warranty Period of the original purchase.

The 90D Warranty only covers technical hardware defectiveness under normal use conditions during the Warranty Period and does not cover cosmetic defects or imperfections. The 90D warranty does not cover accessories, such as battery chargers and adapters. SWAGTRON® does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Product.

The 90D Warranty does not cover any damage, defect or inoperativeness due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to carefully follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) unauthorized repair or modifications; (f) use with any equipment or products not supplied or approved by SWAGTRON®; (g) normal wear and (including but not limited to wearables and other consumable parts such as tires); or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

The 90D Warranty shall be void if the serial number or other identification marking has been altered, removed or rendered illegible.

Important: Do not disassemble the Product. Disassembling the Product will void this Warranty. Only SWAGTRON® or a party expressly authorized by SWAGTRON® should perform service on this Product.

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Each SWAGTRON® comes with a Limited Hardware Warranty against mechanical defects (see terms above). At the time of purchase, up to 3 days after your purchase, you may purchase an Extended Warranty plan with your order. See https://swagtron.com/product-category/warranty/ for additional information. Please note that neither the Limited Warranty nor the Extended Warranty includes coverage for water damage.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY INFORMATION:

This nontransferable Limited Warranty is only applicable to the original individual purchaser of the SwagTron Product(s) distributed, purchased and serviced within the Contiguous United States and Canada (all service/repairs for Canadian customer shall be handled by our authorized service centers in Canada).

REPLACEMENT EXTENDED WARRANTY:

All replacement products are covered by the standard warranty starting at the date of original delivery. If for various reasons the replacement procedure extends beyond the warranty period, we at our discretion will extend the warranty coverage on such replacement up to an additional 30 days. LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS:

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you have placed an order, it has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel, please forward your order confirmation to cancellation@swagtron.com to request cancel. Since the cancellation process may take up to 24 hours, please note that any orders that do ship in the meantime will have to be rejected and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Swagtron are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if received, the box should remain unopened. Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping charge is not refundable. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
