Review for Swagger 5 Elite Electric Smart Scooter, Folding City Commuter
I bought this for my 18 year old. He had been using his friends and really wanted one for himself. He has fun riding around the area with his friends. We waited and got this for his 18th birthday we only wanted to make sure he was responsible enough to work it. Well he does a great job with it.
