Review for Swagger 5 Elite Electric Smart Scooter, Folding City Commuter
I bought this scooter for my 15 year old. She loves it! It does decelerate on the hills slightly, but does keep a great speed on level areas. We see it inside if it is cold to preserve living of the battery. We recommend this product.
